David joined the Prime Rock team as a Principal in 2016 and has since established a proven record of project execution. David is responsible for leading his projects through every step of their lifecycle - from sourcing, underwriting, leasing, and development, to sales. Before joining Prime Rock, David was a Senior Associate with Actua, a public growth equity firm focused on majority stake growth investments. David started his career as an investment banking analyst at William Blair & Company in San Francisco, where he focused on sell-side M&A execution. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Financial Analysis from Indiana University.

 

When he’s not in the office, David can usually be found with his wife and two young sons, preferably all together on a golf course. Gotta teach ‘em young.
